situation 1
 my friend izz is determined to manage his body because he has not exercised enough since the movement control order was implemented so he had to sit at home for too long until his weight went up coupled with his lazy demeanor he likes to put off workouts,  a journey of a thousand miles begin with a single
Step.

 situation 2

almost 4 years he studied at university finally he managed to finish he degree in nutritional science he is very grateful for the effort he studied until midnight finally he succeeded like a watched pot never boils.

situation 3

after almost 1-2 months he looks a little thin because he has done exercise so I recommend doing a lot of activities that can produce sweat such as sports, cleaning the house and others, besides controlling eating is also important if we only exercise but do not control the way we eat. useless too, don’t put all of your egg in one basket
